FIND OUT IF YOU QUALIFY at UPCOMING WEBINARS!
This week, MCA and our partner sectors (Humanities, Historical, Culture, Live Entertainment Venues) introduced a revised $190 million bill SF2867/ HF2844 that is inclusive of even more organizations and provides for more equity for mid-sized groups.
We are excited to announce two exciting partnerships! The MN Humanities Commission and the Minnesota Independent Venue Association have joined forces with us to increase our chances of funding and to include more organizations in the bill. The strength of this new partnership increases our chances of receiving funding and increases some of the levels of funding for some of the revised grant levels. It is also rewritten to focus on the loss of jobs in the creative sector, as that was an issue you brought to our attention over the last year.
Does your organization qualify? How much will you qualify for?
To help you better understand the bill and if you would qualify, we are having two webinars to talk about the bill and the details. We will also cover how the bill could benefit your organization if it passes should you qualify.
We are hosting 2 sessions to provide more access on short notice but will be covering the same information at both sessions, so don’t feel you need to attend both. Sign-Up below to learn more.

Also, we hope that you can join us for Arts Action Week next week to rally the legislature to continue to protect Legacy and General Fund allocations to the arts and support this additional one-time infusion of $190 million surplus dollars to bolster the creative sector in Minnesota. |
