Absentee/Mail-In Ballot Updates:
If you’re voting by mail, keep these important deadlines in mind to make sure your ballot is counted:
- If you are returning your ballot via mail we suggest sending it back to your county election office TODAY at the latest.
- Your ballot must be received by Election Day, November 3, to count.
- You can hand deliver your ballot to your county election office (the return address on the envelope), plus three more ballots.
- You can track your ballot to ensure it’s counted at mnvotes.gov/track.
- If your ballot does not make it back to the county election office by Election Day you can still vote on Election Day. When you vote, your voter record is updated, so as long as your ballot has not been counted, you have the option to vote at your polling place.

Your Minnesota Voting Guide
On November 3, voters will decide who represents them in Congress for the next two years, with both the House and Senate in play.
Voters deserve to know where their Members of Congress stand on the arts. That is why our national partners at the Arts Action Funding created the 2026 Congressional Arts Report Card highlights which lawmakers have supported arts funding and policies that strengthen the arts and creativity.
The stakes are high. While 76% of Americans agree that arts and culture are vital to our lives, the sector continues to face significant challenges. At risk are not only access to the arts, but also the $1.2 trillion creative economy and the 5.4 million jobs it supports.
This November, we have an opportunity to make our voices heard by supporting candidates who recognize the value of the arts and will fight for the policies and public funding our creative sector needs to thrive.
