Arts Alert: Join Me at Arts Advocacy Day on March 19!

"I always attend Arts Advocacy Day because as a visual artist, arts administrator, and arts educator, the Legacy Amendment is one of the most influential elements that effects my career. With this support from our state I've been allowed to improve my own artistic skill set, my teaching ability, and my community involvement and outreach.

"I've seen first-hand the positive effect the Minnesota Legacy Amendment can have on individuals, our school systems, and our greater community as a whole. This creative state of Minnesota is constantly developing new ideas of connections between communities, cultures, and different forms of class and I feel arts advocacy is at the heart of all these positive engagements.
